Executive Sessions are held monthly from January through November with Open Sessions held immediately after Executive Sessions.

Board of Directors Meetings - General Overview
Monthly Executive Session
In order for the Board to complete business permitted by State law, Executive Sessions will be conducted monthly to allow the Board consideration on the following:
- Actions involving personnel
- Pending or threatened litigation
- Contract negotiations
- Enforcement actions
- Confidential communications with the property owners and Association’s attorney
- Matters involving the invasion of privacy of individual owners
- Matters involving the potential invasion or an individuals privacy
- Matters to be considered confidential at the request of an affected party
The Board of Directors meets regularly electronically and often in person in an effort to maintain the day-to-day needs of the community. During the monthly Executive Sessions, the Board will maintain time for any Owner that has submitted a hearing request to meet before the Board.
Monthly Open Sessions
These meetings are allowing for Homeowner attendance and to conduct business as stipulated by TX Property Code 209(h). All business or decisions made between Open Sessions and/or during Executive Session will be summarized for residents during Open Session to ensure transparency.
During 2023 we tested a process of monthly Executive Sessions and quarterly Open Sessions to minimize the amount of time Owners needed to commit in order to stay informed on all Association activity. Beginning January 2024, Open Sessions will return to monthly recurrence.
