Annual Meeting
The 2026 Annual Meeting of the Members of Windsong Community Improvement Association has been scheduled.
Where: Windsong Clubhouse @ 18150 Holly Forest
When: Tuesday, May 19th @ 7:30pm
The meeting will be held for the following purposes:
1. To elect 2 Board Members.
2. To transact any other properly presented business.

Voting will not occur at the meeting.
The meeting will begin promptly at 7:30 PM. Please complete ONE of the voting options on the HOAst online voting platform no later than 5/18/2026.
Voting is easy online. If you would like to vote or submit your proxy online, you can with our electronic voting partner, HOAst! Simply login to your account on spectrumam.com and navigate to the online voting tab. Press the Online Voting button on the new screen and sign the user terms of service (you will only need to do this your first time using the HOAst platform).
