Street Drainage Project

Harris County Precinct 4 has begun work on a major drainage improvement project in our community, expected to last 6–8 weeks.

Phase 1 is currently underway on Windsong Trail between Sagecroft Dr. and Valley Knoll Dr.

Here's What You Need to Know

🚗 Traffic & Lane Closures:

• Windsong Trail (between Sagecroft and Valley Knoll) is temporarily reduced to ONE-WAY southbound traffic heading toward Keith Harrow Blvd.
• The right lane heading toward Valley Knoll is closed.
• Incoming traffic from Keith Harrow Blvd will need to detour right or left onto Sagecroft Drive.

🚌 School Buses: Pick-up and drop-off locations may temporarily change. Please check with your district or driver for updates.

🗑️ Trash Collection: Please place your trash cans on the opposite side of the street during construction.

🏡 Driveway Access: Precinct 4 and contractors are working to keep driveway access open and minimize disruptions.

📋 Project Scope & Locations: Work includes repairing/replacing damaged inlets, manholes, and laterals, as well as adding new drainage pipes for increased rainfall capacity.

  • Holly Forest Dr. (Langham Way Dr. to Haven Point Dr.)
  • Windsong Trail (Glenledi Dr. to Macleish Dr.)
• Windsong South Limits:
  • Sagecroft Dr. (Hazelgrove Dr. to Windsong Trail)
  • Windsong Trail (Sagecroft Dr. to Valley Knoll Dr.)
