Windsong Community Amenities

Our neighborhood's communal property includes rentable and non-rentable facilities. We have a clubhouse with gated patio and green space, a competition pool and baby pool with multiple patio spaces, tennis courts, picnic areas, a sand volleyball court, and two playgrounds.

Clubhouse

Are you looking for a great place to host your next event or party? Our community clubhouse is where it should be. Windsong offers a fantastic clubhouse facility for all our residents to rent. If you have questions, please contact our Clubhouse Manager for assistance.

  • Windsong residents have exclusive access to the Clubhouse for private rental.
  • A Windsong resident must be responsible (signer) for the rental contract, key handoff, and be present during all occupied hours: event preparations, the event, and event clean-up.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your rental date will not be guaranteed until:

  1. You and the Clubhouse Manager have signed both the Clubhouse Rental Agreement and Clubhouse Rules & Regulations Packet.
  2. You have submitted your rental payment and deposit.
